Something wrong with your item? No problem, we offer a 30-DAY WARRANTY in case of any fault in the machine. You may return it to us 30 days from the date of receipt of the product (as verified through the tracking number).

When returning your item you can ask for one of the below:

• A full refund

• An exchange for a similar item 

• A repair without any charge to the original purchaser

The shipping charges for the return will be paid for by JP Scientific Agora. For more information on the warranty please read our Warranty.

Returns

Our return policy aligns with the Warranty we offer. JP Scientific Agora will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item (as verified through the tracking number). JP Scientific Agora will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item.

Return Process

 

For the quickest processing of a return please follow the steps below:

1. Fill the form below or contact us through email at support@jpscientificagora.com within 30 days after receiving your item(s) and describe the issue you are having.

2. If your item qualifies for a return we will send you an RMA number and a shipping label to return your item.

3. Ship your item by dropping off the item or arranging a pickup with the shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

4. Once we receive the item back, we will examine the item for completeness and defects.

5. If all checks out, a refund will be issued to the original credit card/account used at the time of purchase.

To cancel a transaction, please contact us using the form below or contact us through email at support@jpscientificagora.com as soon as possible. If your item has shipped out already, then it may be too late to cancel. Please look into filing a return.

Can I return an item after 30 days upon receiving it?

No, unfortunately JP Scientific Agora does not accept returns beyond 30 days.

If I return an item, do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your item qualifies for a return, you do not have to pay for return shipping.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

​

Most returns are processed within 1 week, but it may take longer depending on the speed the merchandise is shipped back to us. After the merchandise is returned we will examine it and process a refund within 1 business day. A refund may take 3-7 days to display on your original credit card/account used at the time of purchase.

How long do I have to cancel an item?
