Do you charge sales tax?

JP Scientific Agora collects a sales tax for any orders with a ship-to address located in New York State. If you are a tax exempt business, please contact us before paying here.

Do you offer special discounts?

You may ask for a Price Quote if you are looking to purchase multiple items. Otherwise, no special discounts are offered by JP Scientific Agora. You may receive coupon codes from JP Scientific Agora, but these are distributed on an individualized basis.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All merchandise listed is in stock and ready to be shipped. JP Scientific Agora processes orders within 1 day. Expect to receive a tracking number within the next business day. Delivery time will vary depending on where your order is being delivered. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Eastern US (1-3 business days), Central US (2-4 business days), Western US (3-5 business days).

How much does shipping cost?

JP Scientific Agora provides free shipping to the continental United States of America, unless otherwise stated in the item's listing.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, JP Scientific Agora does not currently offer international shipping. We ship to the continental United States of America only. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska. If you are from these two states, and you would still like to purchase from us, please contact us for more details.

Which item(s) qualify for the warranty?

All items sold on www.jpscientificagora.com qualify for the 30-day warranty if the terms of the warranty are abided. Please read the Warranty Terms. 

 

Can I return an item after 30 days upon receiving it?

No, unfortunately JP Scientific Agora does not accept returns beyond 30 days. For more information please read our Return Policy.

Can I cancel an order?
